Born in England and now based in the United States, Jon England is a piano showman in the great Liberace tradition: sweeping arrangements, intimate lounge sets, and an effortless charm that turns a recital into a conversation.
His full-length recordings span romantic ballads, Christmas classics, the great American songbook, and the classically-inspired pieces audiences request again and again. The Velvet Piano album lent its name to the signature evening show that Jon has performed for decades, in venues from the Bruyette Athanaeum to the Carol Autorino Center, and now to a growing online audience via Facebook and YouTube live streams.
Jon is also the producer behind 88 Key Media, an independent production label specializing in solo piano arrangements, lullabies, and licensed instrumental tracks.
When he isn't on stage or in studio, Jon answers his own phone and is unreasonably easy to book.
